Last year, the Boston area counted at least 1,210 doughnut shops, or one for every 5,143 residents -- five times the national average, according to NPD Group, a Port Washington, N.Y., marketing-information company. Many of those shops are Dunkin' Donuts, a unit of Dunkin' Brands Inc. Among U.S. cities, only Providence, R.I., Boston's smaller neighbor, has more doughnut shops per capita, one for every 4,226 people.

The best think I like about being a conservative...
I found this article to be very provocative, just like "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas. What is that song about anayways? Nobody knows!

New Patriots - Beason and Griffin?
Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News is widely considered to have the most accurate mock NFL drafts.
According to Gosselin, the Patriots will grab Jon Beason (LB, Miami) and Michael Griffin (S, Texas).
This should be good news for any Patriots fan as we could use some depth at these positions.
Add in all the other moves the Pats made in the off season and the should be the favorites to win the SuperBowl next year.

IBM - A Software Company
Shocking statistic from this article: IBM gets 20% of revenues from ssoftware but 40% of earnings from Software.
The "story" of IBM is how Lou Gerstner saved the company by turning it into a services company during the 90s. The company's reliance on software has been underplayed.
